Had my first ever formal debate, for the Inter-house debates competition, against

BUCKLEY TEAM 2

my team had Chee, Lamzy and Yuk Lun, and the motion was

TH regrets women playing soccer

Can you believe this? We were the opposition, and argued mostly on the basis of sexual equality, while they mainly talked about women being inherently incompetent at the sport

We won! (by a fractional margin)

The best speaker went to Yi Jie, the bloody sec 1 saxophonist, with his phony Brit accent. Maybe ZH can take lessons from him...
