We wish you a merry christmas... and a happy new year
That time of the year again, when sellers exhort us to take every cent earned over the past 12 months, and splurge it on trinkets to give people that will most likely be put somewhere high up out of sight within an hour. After all, it's only the thought that counts. The end of the year is in sight... finally, and the world will seem to shrink significantly. Not much difference anyway, considering that holidays are pretty much like school days anyway (15 hrs band practice a week, even more than normal). As ST said, the worst didn't happen, but neither did the best. Same old mediocrity, same old average-ness. Somebody ought to do something about it. Maybe I'll do something more meaningful next year. I did some 'charity' work these holidays. Busking at orchard road, in front of takashimaya. Not really sucessful, but what the hell. Fun, anyway. There was always the lanning afterwards, and the concert later that night. Enough of depressing thoughts, have yourself a merry little christmas, and good luck for the next year! Don't let the bastards grind you down! Somebody said that at 1:01 PM - x - - x -
