"Raffles Institution..... Gold with Honours."

Five words.

And they make it all worthwhile.

4 months of practice, countless screwings by oura, hours upon hours of practice, many late nights, much lost sleep

blood, sweat, tears, toil (4 ulcers, 1 big mouthpiece mark)

All for this one sublime moment. When we leap into the air in pure ecstacy. (disregard yesterday's post =p) I live for such moments; when you feel as if you have, for once in your lifetime, actually done something worthwhile

I love my section. I love the sec 3 batch. I love oura. I love rimb. That's some love i can't ever do without.

I felt so good I passed my umbrella to a primary school fellow at the bus stop today and walked in the rain instead xD

We played well. Isn't that all that actually matters? COP(per), bronze, silver, gold, gold with honours are just symbols (mere shiny metals). Nice to have, nice to keep, but just dead weight in the end. Play well, enjoy your playing, love your bandmates. If you can do that, then its all that you really need. It doesn't change anything if you got something unexpected.
